We have two computers and one email address.  Computer one has been much slower in receiving mail than computer 2.  However today the latest on computer 2 is Jan 11 and computer 1 has approx. 30 more new emails.  How can we synchronize the computers?

You need to go your Mail>Preference settings and under the Advanced tab, tell it to leave a copy of a the message on the server for xx days. You can decide how many days. You need to do this on both computers. This will allow each computer to receive the same emails.
