Crossloop is a great FREE way to do remote desktop control.

I have used it to control a PC from a Mac and a Mac from a PC.

It is also a place where you can get help to fix your computer problems.

I use it to fix computer problems from my office on remote computers.

In a more robust application I use Apple Remote Desktop 3.2.2

I can do much more with this than CrossLoop.
