3. Repair Disk Permissions
4. Do your Software Updates
5. Check your hard drive- Disk Utility, FSCK
6. Get a disk utility program- Disk Warrior or Tech Tool.
7. Off site backup- smaller files and critical data- Jump Drives, iDisk
8. Hardware Test
9.Internet Issues- Connection Doctor, router check, etc.
