July Mac Meeting

6:00 - 8:00 PM, at Maui Comm. College (Laulima Rm. 211)

Changes abound. Just a reminder, our Monthly Mac Meetings have been moved to the third WEDNESDAY of the month. Same place and time, just a new day. This months meeting will cover two topics. Our first topic will cover upgrading, updating and downloading on your Mac; and making sure your Mac stays clean and running after the "oil change." Our second topic will be a brief overview of the iPhone 4 that was just released. We will show some of the design features of the phone and some of the cool new features built in.

Finally, following the meeting will be a group leadership meeting. For the past 10 years, Rick Ortiz has been leading the group. With new commitments in Rick's family life, support is needed to keep the group running. Over the past two years, the Board has lost two members due to moving off island. For the group to continue in its current capacity, support with our leadership board is needed. The group is looking for support in the areas of membership, meeting topics, communicationn website maintenance, and serving as Apple Amabassador (access to Apple User Group program).
